Same-day delivery orders are accepted until 19:00 Istanbul time. Orders placed after this time may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Can I order flowers from abroad?

Yes. Many of our customers live outside Turkey and send flowers to loved ones in Istanbul. You can place your order online and enter the recipient’s delivery details during checkout.

Can you help if I do not know the full address?

Yes. If the recipient address is missing or incomplete, our team can contact the recipient on the delivery date to obtain or confirm the address.

Yes. For surprise deliveries, we do not reveal the sender’s name unless you ask us to. We can simply tell the recipient that there is a package delivery.

Yes. We deliver flowers and gifts to hotels in Istanbul. If the hotel allows room delivery, we deliver the order to the room. If room delivery is not allowed, the order is left at reception or concierge.

Can you deliver to offices, restaurants or workplaces?

Yes. We can deliver to offices, workplaces, restaurants and other fixed addresses in Istanbul. Please provide the full address, recipient name and phone number for smooth delivery.

Can you deliver to someone who is outside or moving around the city?

We usually require a fixed delivery address such as a home, hotel, office or restaurant. For smooth delivery, please provide a stable location where the recipient can receive the order.

Do you send a photo of the flowers?

Yes. We can send a photo of the flowers or gift arrangement so you can see the product clearly.

What happens if the exact product is unavailable?

If the exact product, flower color or material is unavailable, our team may contact you and offer a suitable alternative. We always try to keep the design as close as possible to the selected product.

Can I add a personal note or card message?

Yes. You can add a card message during checkout. Your message will be prepared with the order.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes. If you do not want your name to be shared with the recipient, please mention this in the order note or contact us on WhatsApp after placing the order.

Can I change the delivery date or address after ordering?

If your order has not gone out for delivery yet, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp. We will try to help with changes depending on preparation and delivery status.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation may be possible before the order is prepared or dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be refunded.

Can I get a refund if the order is already out for delivery?

Orders cannot be refunded once they are out for delivery. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change.

Which areas are not covered for delivery?

We do not deliver to Adalar, Şile, Silivri or Çatalca. If you are unsure whether your delivery address is covered, please contact us before ordering.
